If you can sign in, open a support ticket to keep the conversation with your account. Both channels cover billing, generation, privacy, and content concerns. We aim to send a first human reply within 24 hours, including weekends. This is a first-response target, not a promise that the issue will be resolved within 24 hours. We do not currently offer live chat.

Help us find the issue

Include your account email, the page you were using, what you expected, and the visible message. For a payment or generation, include the order number or job reference and approximate time. Do not send passwords, verification codes, full card details, or additional sensitive images to demonstrate a problem.

For an uncertain generation, contact us with the existing job before submitting another. A confirmed failed or rejected job returns generation credits; it does not automatically refund a payment. See the refund policy for cash refund requests.

Paid but credits are missing?

Check Orders while signed in to the same account used for checkout. Contact us with the order number and account email before paying again. A return from checkout alone does not confirm payment.

Video stuck or unable to download?

Open My videos in the account that submitted the job. Send the existing job reference and visible error through either support channel. Do not submit a duplicate while a job is processing or uncertain. If a completed file is missing, corrupted, or materially different from the purchased service, contact us so we can investigate.

What the product provides

Each generation uses one image, the prepared 30-second scene, and the 720p tier. Every new generated video is delivered without an audio track. One-time packs cover 1, 3, or 5 generations. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. Results can vary, and your purchase does not supply third-party music, footage, or rights to use images of other people.

Your images and results are private to your account. Download available videos before their displayed expiry date. The tutorial, terms, and privacy policy explain the workflow and storage limits.
