Information we use
Burning Bridges AI Video uses your name, email address, login information, account identifiers, and authentication cookies to provide your account. If you choose Google sign-in, Google shares the identity information needed to authenticate you, such as your email, name, and profile image. We do not request access to your Gmail or Drive through that sign-in.
We also keep generation status, media references, permission confirmations, order details, payment status, credit transactions, and messages you send to support. Request and security logs may contain technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, and timestamps. Do not include full card information or passwords in a support request.
Images and generated videos
Choosing an image while signed in saves a normalized image to private storage as a draft. A draft does not start generation. When you submit a generation, we process your image to create a 30-second AI video without an audio track.
Pruna is our video-generation processing provider and uses the P-Video-Replace model to generate videos from your images. Pruna receives the images and request information needed to provide this service.
Pruna can use temporary file URLs for inputs and intermediate results. We keep those URLs on the server and do not publish them in a gallery or return them as customer download links. Anyone who obtains a provider file URL may be able to access that file while the URL remains valid; provider retention and deletion are governed by its practices.
Our media routes require a signed-in account and check ownership. There is no public gallery or public sharing link for customer results. We do not use your images to train a model operated by us. Processing providers have their own data practices; deleting a copy from this site does not confirm deletion from every provider system.
Service providers and purposes
| Provider | Role and information involved |
|---|---|
| Pruna | Processes uploaded images and the information needed to generate AI videos using the P-Video-Replace model, and returns results and task status. |
Cloudflare | Hosts the service and private media storage and provides delivery and security infrastructure. |
| Supabase | Stores application account, task, order, credit, and operational records in PostgreSQL. |
Provides optional Google sign-in. Google Groups also handles email sent to our support address. | |
| Resend | Delivers account verification and password-reset emails using your address and the necessary message content. |
Waffo Pancake | Handles checkout and payment information. The site receives order references, currency, amounts, status, and payment events; it does not collect or store full card details. |
Providers may process information in countries other than yours. Their services and applicable protections govern their processing. We do not sell your images or publish customer results in a gallery. Information may also be disclosed where needed to meet a legal obligation, address abuse, or resolve a payment dispute.
Media storage and deletion
- An unused image draft expires after 24 hours.
- Submitting a job extends the input image's scheduled retention to 7 days. After a job reaches a final outcome, its input is scheduled to expire 24 hours later. An active or uncertain task can delay physical cleanup while it is resolved.
- An intermediate image is scheduled to expire after 7 days. Active or uncertain tasks can delay physical cleanup while the request is resolved. Intermediate images are not customer download links.
- A generated video is scheduled to expire 30 days after the output storage record is created. The result's actual expiry is shown in My videos; download anything you want to keep before that date.
- Removing an image or deleting an eligible completed job revokes its normal account access and schedules its stored media for deletion. Expiry and user deletion are followed by a cleanup process; an unavailable download does not prove that all provider or backup copies were erased at that instant.
The generator does not store photo bytes in browser localStorage. It may use browser storage for an idempotency reference so a retry can refer to the same request.
Account, order, credit, and support records are kept separately from media. They currently have no automatic expiry. We review account and record deletion requests against outstanding jobs, billing obligations, disputes, and security needs. An encrypted operational backup may retain an earlier copy; access to backups is restricted. Deleting a video does not delete an invoice or refund record.
Cookies and account security
Authentication cookies keep you signed in, and preference storage remembers interface choices. Keep your account and device secure. Payment checkout and Google sign-in are separate provider flows and are subject to those providers' policies.
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4), provided by Google, to understand visits to our public pages and general browser and device information. The Google tag may use analytics cookies to distinguish visits. Google receives technical information associated with these requests and processes it under its own privacy policy.
We do not add your images, generated video files, passwords, account email address, or payment details to analytics events. Analytics collection is disabled on account, admin, sign-in, registration, verification and password-recovery pages, and on URLs containing authentication or other sensitive query fields. The page and referring-page URL parameters sent through the Google Analytics beacon and fetch transports omit query strings and fragments. We do not enable Google advertising signals or personalized advertising through this tag.
You can manage cookies through your browser and use Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on to prevent Google Analytics measurement in supported browsers. Cookie restrictions, blocking tools, and browser settings can affect what is measured.
Your requests and contact
For access, correction, deletion, privacy questions, or an image rights complaint, email support@burningbridgesaivideo.io. You can also open a support ticket while signed in. We may need to verify account ownership before disclosing or changing data. Include an order or job reference when relevant, without attaching additional sensitive images unless requested for a specific purpose.
The service is for adults aged 18 and over. Do not upload children's images. If you believe a child has provided information, use the same privacy contact so we can investigate. This policy does not remove any rights you have under applicable data-protection law.
