Using the service

These terms apply to Burning Bridges AI Video at burningbridgesaivideo.io. By creating an account, buying a video pack, or submitting a generation, you agree to these terms, our privacy policy, and our content policy. You must be at least 18 and able to enter into an agreement. Keep your account information accurate and your sign-in credentials private.

Burning Bridges AI Video is an image-to-video service. Upload an image you have permission to use to generate a 30-second AI party video without an audio track in the 720p tier. Video generation is provided through Pruna, using its P-Video-Replace model to generate videos from your images. Our privacy policy explains how images and videos are processed. Generation is available only when the service is configured and ready. Results are AI-created scenes, not evidence of real events or a provider endorsement. Appearance, motion, framing and dimensions can vary. New generated videos have no audio track. The public showcase demonstrates the style and does not guarantee your result. One-time video packs

Choose a one-time video pack on the pricing page. Sign in to see current checkout and generation availability. Purchased credits become usable only after payment confirmation.

Each paid generation uses 100 purchased credits. These are one-time purchases: there is no subscription, automatic renewal, or automatic top-up. Purchased credits currently have no scheduled expiry while your account remains active. Credits are for this service only; they are not transferable, cash, or a payment account.

Waffo Pancake provides checkout and payment processing. The final payable amount, including any applicable tax, is shown before you pay. Prices or offers may change for future purchases; an existing order retains the offer recorded when it was created.

Only a confirmed payment grants usable purchased credits. A checkout link, browser return, pending order, or test payment does not confirm payment. If an order remains pending after payment, check Orders and contact support with the order reference before buying again. Only completely unused orders are eligible for a full refund requested within 7 days of payment. Once any credits from an order have been used for a successfully completed video generation, that entire order is no longer refundable, including its remaining unused credits. Failed generations return credits, not an automatic payment refund. See the refund policy for the request process, duplicate charges, and statutory rights.

Your photos and generated results

Upload only images you may use and transform, with permission from anyone depicted. You retain any rights you hold in your input. You permit us and the processing services described in our privacy policy to process it as needed to provide the requested video.

You may use a result only to the extent your rights and applicable law permit. A purchase does not grant ownership of third-party music, footage, characters, trademarks, or images of other people, and does not promise that an AI output qualifies for copyright protection. Do not present generated scenes as evidence of a person's real conduct or endorsement. Disclose AI alteration where required or where viewers might otherwise be misled.

Do not submit prohibited material, misuse another person's account, evade usage limits, or interfere with the service. We may reject a request or restrict access to address misuse, security concerns, or legal requirements. An automated result or successful generation is not permission to violate these rules.

Generation credits and uncertain outcomes

Saving an image or browsing the reference does not start a paid generation. A submitted request uses the displayed credits when it is accepted into the paid generation workflow. Confirmed failed, rejected, or canceled generations return their generation credits once. A new generation uses credits again. Status checks do not submit another paid generation.

When the provider's outcome is uncertain, credits remain reserved until the outcome is resolved. Contact support with the existing job reference before submitting another generation. Returning credits restores generation entitlement; it is not a cash refund.

Storage, availability, and support

Results are private to the signed-in account and have a displayed expiry date. Download videos you want to keep. Deleting a completed video or allowing it to expire does not return generation credits. See the privacy policy for storage and deletion details.

Availability depends on the service and its processing providers. We do not promise a fixed completion time, an exact appearance match, uninterrupted access, or a particular audience or commercial outcome. These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that applicable consumer law does not allow us to exclude.
