01

Check the party-scene format

Start with one authorized image and the prepared party-scene format: a 30-second silent clip in the 720p tier. Watch the showcase video on the homepage, then choose a clear image for your own generation. The showcase is a style example; your result will vary.

This image-to-video service uses a prepared 30-second party-scene format in the 720p tier. Watch the showcase to understand the style, then review the upload requirements. The current form has no custom prompt, adjustable duration or scene selector. The privacy policy explains how your image and generated video are handled.

02

Sign in to your account

Use Sign in at the top of the page. You can use an email account with a password or the available Google sign-in option. For a new email account, open the verification message in that mailbox before trying to sign in. Keep the account email consistent: its purchases, saved image and video history belong to that account, and another account will not show the same private media.

If a verification message does not arrive, check spam and confirm that the email address was entered correctly before requesting another. Use Forgot your password for password recovery. You do not need to supply a video provider API key or create an account at a separate processing service. Never send a password, verification code or full card number to customer support.

03

Add your image

Select one JPEG, PNG or WebP smaller than 10 MB. Use an unobstructed face, even lighting, and enough of the upper body to show the outfit you want represented. An image with another person overlapping the subject is harder to interpret than a clear single-person image. After uploading, inspect the saved-photo preview. Use Replace photo before submission if you picked the wrong person or an unclear crop.

Choosing a file saves a private image draft; it does not start a paid generation. The browser prepares the file for the service size and dimension limits, but resizing cannot fix a blurred source. Upload only an image you may use for video generation, with permission from anyone depicted. Do not imply that an AI-generated scene records a real event or endorsement.

04

Review the cost and generate

Sign in, choose your video pack and complete checkout. Check your purchased credit balance in the form, confirm you have permission to use the photo, and select Generate video to start your run. Each generation uses 100 purchased credits.

Check the eligible purchased credits shown in the same account. Confirm that you are 18 or older and have permission to use the image and depict the people in it, then select Generate video to start your run. An active or uncertain job keeps its credits reserved. A saved image, pending order or checkout return does not grant purchased credits. If a paid order is uncertain, check Orders and contact support instead of buying again.

05

Follow your run and save the result

Open My videos in the same account to follow the submitted job. Keep its reference if you need support. A processing or uncertain job has no finished video to download. When a completed result becomes available, play the entire MP4 and check the face, clothing, hands, timing, framing. Download your copy before the expiry displayed for that result.

The output is scheduled to expire 30 days after its storage record is created; the actual date in My videos is the useful deadline. Deleting a completed video or letting it expire does not return spent credits. If automatic status checks pause, use the existing job’s status control before creating a new request. A long wait does not prove the provider failed or that another generation will be refunded.

06

Add music or a voiceover in TikTok

The downloaded video has no music or audio track. Upload your MP4 to the TikTok app, then add music or record your own voiceover before posting.

Preview your finished edit and adjust the audio to your scene. Choose audio available for your account and intended use. You can also add music or narration in your preferred editor before uploading.

A BETTER START

For a more useful image, keep the face near the center and avoid a very tight crop that cuts off the hair or most of the outfit. Use a photo that remains clear when enlarged enough to inspect the eyes and mouth. Heavy beauty filters, sunglasses, a turned-away face, strong motion blur and objects across the face remove information the edit needs to interpret. Good input improves clarity of the request, not a guarantee of appearance or quality.

Check the background too. A busy group photograph can make the intended subject unclear, while a simple image with one person makes the request easier to understand. Keep permissions separate from image quality: a sharp photo from the internet is not automatically yours to transform. If you are preparing a photo for someone else, confirm their permission before uploading it to a processing service.

  • One person, facing the camera.
  • Even lighting and a clearly visible face.
  • No sunglasses, heavy blur, or blocked faces.
  • Only images you have permission to use for video generation.

If your Burning Bridges AI video does not proceed

The photo cannot be uploaded

Confirm the format, 10 MB limit and dimensions first: the prepared photo needs both dimensions above 340 pixels and neither above 2048 pixels. Export a normal JPEG, PNG or WebP rather than renaming an unsupported extension. Use a clear single-person upper-body photo without corrupt data. Check an existing saved-photo preview before uploading repeatedly, and contact support without sending credentials if a valid image still fails.

The balance or purchase is missing

Use the same account that purchased the pack. Check Orders for payment confirmation and refresh your credit balance. Test payments do not fund real generations. If payment is uncertain, contact support with the order reference instead of paying again.

The job is still processing or uncertain

Keep the existing job and use its status controls. An uncertain outcome keeps the reserved entitlement on hold until it is resolved. There is no guaranteed completion time. Contact support with the job reference if it does not resolve. A status check follows the existing request; a new generation is a separate request.

Understand failed-generation credits and refund eligibility

A confirmed failed, rejected or canceled job returns its generation credits once, allowing that entitlement to be used again. It does not automatically refund the payment. Only completely unused orders support a full refund requested within 7 days of payment. If any credits from an order have produced a successfully completed video, the whole order is no longer refundable, including all remaining unused credits.

Keep your image and result under your control

Your stored image and generated videos are private to your account. The processing service receives the image when you submit a generation; do not upload material you are not permitted to share for that purpose. Media access, retention and deletion are explained in the privacy policy. Download a result before its displayed expiry rather than treating the account as permanent video storage.
