Content policy
Acceptable use for AI videos: six prohibited content categories, reporting, enforcement, and current review limits.
Last updated: 2026-10-14
Photo permissions
The service is for adults aged 18 and over. Do not upload children's images. Upload a clear photo of one adult only when you have permission to use the image for video generation, including permission from the person depicted. Do not use a generated video to mislead others about a person's actions or endorsement.
Acceptable use and prohibited content
This acceptable use policy (AUP) applies to images, generation requests, generated videos, audio, and any use or sharing of results. Do not upload, request, generate, store, or distribute any of these six categories through the service:
- Pornography / NSFW: sexually explicit imagery, sexual acts, sexual violence, or non-consensual intimate content. Adult entertainment is not an allowed use of this service.
- Violence / gore: graphic injuries, mutilation, torture, or depictions that encourage real-world violence. Do not use the service to make threats or promote terrorism or violent extremism.
- Hate speech: content attacking or dehumanizing people because of race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or disability; calls for discrimination, persecution, or violence against such groups.
- Child unsafe content / CSAM: child sexual abuse or exploitation, sexualized depictions of minors, grooming, or other material endangering children. Do not upload images of anyone under 18, including for otherwise non-sexual requests.
- Deepfakes / impersonation: non-consensual or deceptive use of images of another person, intimate deepfakes, fraud, fabricated evidence, or false endorsements. Using your own image, or an adult's image with their permission, for an openly AI-altered scene does not authorize deceptive impersonation or any other prohibited use.
- Copyright / trademark infringement: using protected photos, footage, music, characters, logos, or brands without the rights required for the intended use. Do not imply a brand's endorsement or use AI alteration to evade someone else's intellectual property rights.
Harassment, doxxing, privacy invasion, fraud, instructions for weapons of mass destruction, and attempts to bypass safety controls are also prohibited. Checking the permission box or paying for credits does not override these rules or another person's rights. The service does not grant rights to third-party material.
Generation and review
Our image-to-video service creates a short AI video from an authorized image. Our privacy policy explains how images and videos are processed. Generation requires a configured, ready service. AI-created scenes are not evidence of real events.
Saving an image creates a private draft; it does not approve the content. When you submit a generation, Pruna processes the image and the information needed to create the requested video. Providers may reject requests under their content rules. A confirmed rejection does not deliver a video; eligible purchased generation credits are returned, or the free opportunity becomes available to retry. A pending or uncertain outcome remains reserved.
Private storage and media integrity checks are not content moderation. A generation provider's completion response does not establish that every frame or the audio has been independently reviewed. We do not promise that every request receives human review before delivery. Requests that are held for review are not available for download until resolved.
You remain responsible for your uploads and how you use a result. Check the entire video and audio before using it, and disclose AI alteration wherever viewers could otherwise be misled. Do not share a prohibited result; report it using the channel below.
Violations and handling reports
The service operator reviews reported concerns and available job records, asks for necessary clarification, and determines whether the material violates this policy. Reports involving child safety, threats, or non-consensual intimate content receive priority. There is no public gallery on this service; a private result can still violate this policy.
Depending on the findings, we may send a warning, require the user to stop sharing or remove offending copies, and remove infringing uploads or results from our storage. We may refer suspected unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities where required or permitted by law. We cannot remove copies already downloaded or posted to other websites; those copies should also be reported to the hosting platform. These are operator actions, not an assertion that an automatic ban or credit-confiscation system is active. Refund and credit handling remain subject to the refund policy and applicable consumer rights.
Report a concern
Email support@burningbridgesaivideo.io to report any prohibited content, image misuse, or copyright or trademark concern. The contact page provides the same channel. You do not need an account to make a report.
Include the job reference or relevant page URL, the category of concern, a short explanation, and a way to reply. For a rights complaint, explain your connection to the affected person or rights holder and provide relevant permission or ownership information. Do not send additional intimate images or suspected child abuse material to demonstrate the issue. Report immediate danger to local emergency services.
The operator may request further information and will communicate the outcome where possible without disclosing another user's private information. Response time depends on the investigation; we do not offer a 24-hour monitoring service or a guaranteed resolution deadline.
Request a reconsideration
If you believe a rejection or removal was mistaken, reply to the support email with the job reference, the reason you disagree, and relevant permission or rights evidence. The same service operator reconsiders the available facts; there is no separate independent appeals panel. Asking for reconsideration does not permit reuse or sharing of prohibited content while the concern is unresolved.
